Here you can see the 40x25 line black and white monochrome screen used on the orignal PETs. Later on, Commodore manufactured the CBM-80 which had an 80 column green monochrome screen, full size keyboard and optional 5.25" disk drive. The cassette drive omitted on those later units to accomodate the larger keyboard.
Currently, this screen shot is the best its owner can provide, since one or more of the 6540 ROMs are now defective and the machine no longer boots to Commodore BASIC.
